Ingredients:
1/2 LB. HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE
1/2 LB. MILD ITALIAN SAUSAGE
1 CUP SLICED CELERY I dont put in
1 CHOPPED ONION
1 ZUCCHINI-COARSLY CHOPPED use more depending on size
2 GREEN PEPPERS-1" PIECES
4 CUPS TOMATOES-PEELED & QUARTERED I used caned
diced
1 CAN TOMATO SOUP or TOMATO SAUCE I use one of each
if I double it
GRATED PARMASAN CHEESE TO TASTE
1 TSP. SUGAR
1/4 TSP. GARLIC SALT I used additional seasonings
Italian, Pepper whatever you like |

PREPARATION:
BROWN SAUSAGE (REMOVE SKIN AND CRUMBLE),
ADD CELERY AND ONIONS. SAUTE 15 MIN.
ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. COVER POT, SIMMER 45 MIN.
SERVE WITH FRENCH BREAD.
